I have been practicing law for over 25 years and have developed a focus in the areas of municipal law, government representation and land use. Because of this focus, I have built a set of skills to help my clients in the following areas:

I have served, and continue to serve, as municipal attorney, planning board attorney and special counsel for municipalities in multiple counties in the State of New Jersey. I am a long-time resident of New Jersey and well versed in the New Jersey court system and government. I have served as outside litigation counsel for the Office of the Attorney General for the State of New Jersey. I am a trial attorney and have argued successfully before many courts including the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. I also served as a committeeman and Mayor of Bordentown Township in Burlington County. Prior to my legal career in New Jersey, I worked in in Washington, D.C. for U.S. House of Representatives Christopher H. Smith (N.J.).
